Rachel Matthews MSc
I hold a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). My research has focused on understanding human behaviour in high-pressure environments, with a particular interest in emotion management in aviation and front-line journalism.

This work has given me a deep understanding of how professionals experience stress, pressure, and performance demands. I specialise in helping people in high-pressure roles manage emotions, maintain clarity, and perform sustainably at work. My approach combines research-backed psychology with practical strategies, creating a space for reflection, growth, and confident decision-making.
